We will then conduct a database search and where appropriate enter the market place. Interviewing, assessing and evaluating a long list before delivering to you a qualified shortlist of those that most closely match your specification. You'll receive detailed and concise Candidate Profiles for consideration. We'll arrange, schedule and confirm all interviews; and broker between you and your prefered candidates ensuring that wherever possible you get the people you want at the salary you want to pay. We'll take care of the 'regrets' and ensure that you are represented as an attractive, professional and ethical employer at all times.
