The role of a recruitment consultant varies from branch to branch and sector to sector but it always remains a sales focussed role. The majority of your time will be dedicated to business development, which is mostly achieved by direct telesales activity.

Team Support Consultants use a proven sales method which, although, is simple is very effective!

If you're not already working in the industry, you'll need at least six months successful telesales experience to apply. You'll also need to convince us that you have the tenacity, determination, maturity and professionalism to succeed in a very competitive market.

Salaries are subject to experience, however as a guide:
