The role of a Branch Manager is as diverse as it is challenging. . . and when its done right, its very rewarding!


As Branch Manager of a Team Support branch you'll be responsible for the day to day management of every aspect of a branch.


You'll need experience of setting and monitoring performance targets for your sales team. In the first instance, this means making sure that targets are agreed in collaboration and that they are S M A R T.
You must know how to help a team member who is failing as well as how to encourage one who is beating his or her targets. We need managers with excellent coaching and mentoring skills.

You'll be expected to be hands-on in the delivery of our services. Winning new business, registering temporary staff, booking staff in to work. . .

You'll be accountable for every aspect of the perfomance of your branch. This is not just a people management role, we don't need supervisors we need business leaders!

Salaries are subject to experience, but as a guide:

£22K - £32K Basic + Bonus + Car Allowance + Healthcare + Life Insurance + Mobile Phone.
