Team Support's Social Work Recruitment division provides a specialist service designed to help you recruit Social Workers for today's modern care environment. We understand the importance of recruiting the right people to work as Social Workers and our Social Work Recruitment Consultants have a wealth of hands on experience.

All our potential candidates are required to complete our rigorous screening process before they are sent out on any social work recruitment assignment, which includes a face to face interview, CRB check, right to work verification and training and qualification checks. We also require a minimum of 2 written employment references from all candidates.

Team Support can service all of your temporary and permanent recruitment needs; ranging from temporary Social Workers for emergency cover and more long term contracts, through to a strategic permanent recruitment service, even placing entire Social Worker teams.
